Shipping and delivery

We process orders Monday through Friday. Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. Delivery timing depends on the item and destination; the estimated timing shown on the product page or at checkout is the best estimate for your order.

When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Carrier delays, customs processing and remote-area delivery can extend the estimate.
