HILLERME ("HILLERME," "we," "us," or "our") operates https://hillerme.shop and related products, services, features, content, and tools (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices and rights available to you when you visit or use the Services, purchase from us, communicate with us, or connect a third-party account such as Pinterest.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

- Order and transaction information, such as products viewed or purchased, order details, returns, exchanges, and payment confirmation. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers; we do not need to store your full payment card number.

Pinterest integration
If you choose to connect a Pinterest account or use a feature that publishes content to Pinterest, we may process the following information provided through Pinterest's authorization process:
- Pinterest account identifier and basic account information made available by Pinterest;
- Board identifiers and related board information needed to select a destination for a Pin;
- Pinterest access tokens and refresh tokens required to authenticate API requests; and
- Pin content that you choose to publish, including image URLs, titles, descriptions, links, and alternative text.
We use this information only to authenticate your request and create, update, or otherwise provide the Pinterest functionality you request. We do not collect your Pinterest password, ask for your Pinterest login credentials, or use Pinterest session cookies. We do not sell Pinterest information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Pinterest data is processed through the official Pinterest API and is subject to Pinterest's own policies and terms. You can revoke the connection at any time through your Pinterest account settings or by contacting us. Revoking access may prevent the Pinterest-related features from working, but does not automatically delete information already retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- process payments, fulfill orders, arrange shipping, and manage returns or exchanges;
- authenticate accounts and provide the Pinterest integration described above;
- communicate with you about orders, accounts, support requests, and service updates;
- send marketing communications where permitted by law, subject to your choices;
- personalize content and measure the performance of the Services;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

- Pinterest, when you request Pinterest integration or authorize us to publish content through the Pinterest API;

- professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; and
- a successor entity in connection with a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Where applicable law treats certain targeted advertising or data-sharing activities as a sale or sharing of personal information, you may opt out using our data-sharing opt-out page.
Shopify and international processing
The Services are hosted and supported by Shopify. Shopify and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. For more information, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Shopify Privacy Portal.
Where required by law, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to opt out of certain targeted advertising or data sharing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision about your request.
